I had the worst unprofessional experience with Sai Ram Cabs. The driver was not available after dropping us in Shirdi. we walked to the temple 3 times ; we did not use the car. ⁠ On the way back, the rDriver picked us at 9 am and we made a lunch stop at Bhandup at 1:35 pm. We immediately got a call from the can company saying that our contract is to drop us back to the hotel and not anywhere else. Bhandup is one way for lunch. The driver stopped several times for CNG and gas but when we stopped for lunch on the way, they asked us for more money. In dealing with Ajay and Dhanashree, we found it very unpleasant and unprofessional. We booked our service as a private service and were within our contract. We felt that they are monitoring our movements and kept calling the driver as to where we stopped and why? It was very unprofessional. Never recommend to anyone. Better to hire a proper company.
